Real People . . . . . Real Puppydogs . . . . . Real life.

Amanda and MaizeyThis was our Jaala, who has been renamed
Maizey Jaay.  She was Allie for awhile, but
that name only lasted long enough for me to
get it wrong on the pictures.  Oh well.  New
names are so much fun!!  ~~  Amanda and Maizey
are in Kansas, lots of sunshine and wheat fields.

UPDATE:

Hey everyone!

It's been way too long since I have updated you on my ornery,
little Maizey.  She is sure getting to be a big girl, and full of all
the spunk in the world wrapped into one  sweet girl!  She has
certainly given me a run for my own money -hahahaa!!
We have had such a great time together - she is a very smart girl.
Too smart?!  We have had to go through a few "lectures"  - which
ends up making me laugh - every time I sit her on my lap or pick
her up to have a little talk with her....  get this....  she pretends to
start falling asleep - it cracks my mom, grandparents and I up!!
My family adores her too!  For being a first time mommy - I could
not have asked for a better puppy!  Thank you for all you did for
me and I thank God every chance I get for leading me to your family!

How is everyone doing?  I have gone on your website quite a few
times to see what's new and all your cute new puppies....
Are you getting excited for the holidays?  I can't wait to see what mischief
Maizey tries to get into with all the wrapping paper, etc.  She hasn't
messed with the trees too badly - but every once in a while, when
she walks by one she will look around and bat at one of the balls,
and then run off!  NEVER a dull moment with her!  She is also a
huge fan of tearing up tissue and Kleenexes.

One of her favorite past times is annoying and tormenting my mom's cocker "Annie".  Ugghhh... but Annie doesn't hold back for too long before giving the
"kid" the what-for!

Well, I better get for now - this is my new email address at work.
Hope to hear from you soon!

My love, Amanda

Here are a couple of pictures of My niece Leah and Maizey.  It was taken on Maizey's 4 month birthday!  I will send some more as soon as I can get them
transferred from my phone to my work email (I have to go through a couple of different personal emails - I think it really requires a rocket scientist)!  haha

"When I got home last night Newton was playing with his big brother Mozart
and the two were getting along great.   Newton loves to nibble on Mo's long
floppy ears.  He whined a little bit during the night - I'm sure that he misses you
and your family.  It is so obvious that he was loved (he loves cuddling) and we
do too.  His fur is so soft and he smelled like a newborn baby.
My sister in law and her children came over last night to see him and he was so
warm and friendly.  Just curled up with whoever was holding him.  . . .

Meet Robin and Tara, very happy new owners of Nolan.

It was so fun to meet Rob and
Tara at the Saint Louis,
Lambert Internation Airport.

Rob tells me, by the time they
left there, Nolan was famous!

They flew in from Canada, and
stayed at the airport until  they
caught another flight back home.

More pictures are on the way.

Nolan at Niagara with his family.
Rob and Tara sent us
these pictures of Nolan
with 3 of their children.
They can actually see the
falls from their backyard.

Here we see the American
Falls and the Canadian
Falls.
I love their pretty Christmas
tree, all done in white.

When they are looking
at Nolan, they know that
they have the best looking
Cocker Spaniel you could
find.
Plus, what a smart puppy
he is!!

Winston is another puppy for Rob and Tara.

I actually got to hand deliver Winston to Rob & Tara,
in Canada - Feb. 2008.  That was such a fun week-end.
I wish we lived closer - for sure!!!

Don & Joan get to meet Abby for the first time.
If we were neighbors, Joan
and I would be visiting every
day.  We got to be pretty close
over the couple of months of
waiting for little Abby.

For them, the search for a
little buff Cocker Spaniel girl,
began before Abby was
ever born.

Grace took this picture at the
motel room in Tennessee.  She
is going to be a great
photographer someday.

Abby at home in North Carolina.

Little Abby looks so much
like her mama, our Posey.

Abby has become so much
a part of Don and Joan's
family, and their daily
routine.

"Abby continues to be the
same way.  She loves life.
She's so happy, loves to
explore and have
adventure.
. . . . We love her so
much and she's such an
important part of the
family.  We couldn't do
without her.  She brings
us so much joy.

God bless you.
Have a great day.
love in Him,
Joan"

Norman with Tom in Tennessee

When we took Abby to
meet Don and Joan in
Tennessee, we also got
to take Norman to Tom
and Gina.
Tom was wanting a
sweet puppy to give
to Gina as a surprise.  We
were able to get all
the details worked out,
w/o her ever knowing.

We are hoping for pictures
of  Gina with little Norman.

Tom shared turnip, kale
and mustard greens fresh
out of his garden with us.
Also some great turnips.

They were delicious.
